     Quality at all stages of implementation of our sites is at the heart of our corporate policy. This is why we keep on constantly upgrading our operational procedures.

     We also pay special attention to environment protection in order to achieve growth in full respect for our surrounding environment as it befits a socially responsible company. Indeed our growth strategy is inspired by the concept of growth-base development. We believe that an organization can develop only if the individuals it is made up of grow together with it. That is why Energy-Ка allocates growing funds for the life-long learning of its staff.

     Our constant development of both the product quality and the company’s image has been recognized with a quality certificate ISO 9001 for all companies from the Caraglio Group including Energy-Ка ЕООD, Electro Plus ООD, IDG. S.p.A., Caraglio S.r.l., Cieb S.r.l., Nordimpianti S.r.l.
     Energy-Ка holds the following certificates: ISO 9001:2008 for a Quality Management System (QMS), ISO 14001:2004 for an Environment Management System (EMS), OHSAS 18001:2007 for Occupational Health and Safety System as well as certificates granted by the Bulgarian Construction Chamber.
 
     The use of high-quality materials from leading and proven manufacturers in all implemented systems and facilities is underlying the company policy.
